Food

A lot of scouts these days look to other companies to donate food products to help feed their work crews. Since the nature center is part of the city and this project will also benefit the city, I was wondering if the city had any contracts with other companies (companies to provide food for the city's functions). Apparently, the city can provide bottled water and granola bars but that's about it. It just isn't a part of their spending budget. I am going to have to personally deliver a letter requesting food products from companies. I plan to do that either this month or in July; I would approach the store manager in uniform with a letter requesting a donation.
