Sent off certification letter

Okay, I know that I've been planning this project for about a month now but it never occured to me to actually publish my status. I've already written up my Eagle proposal but it has not yet been sent off. I just sent an email to the nature center director with a letter explaining what needs to be done. This message would accompany my proposal to prove that, yes, there is a need for this project to happen. He said he would get to it on Monday and then run it past his board. I'll call him if I haven't heard back from him by noon of Tuesday.
