7 :45 – Leave home
8 :00 – Pick up Donuts
8 :15 – Arrive at Park
8 :20 – Lay out supplies (Set up table, food, wood, etc.)
8 :30 – Rope off areas to be worked in
8 :45 – Check anything else
9 :00 – Workers arrive (Brief them as they come ; TELL THEM TO SIGN IN)
9 :00 – Assemble wood duck house and start clearing MultiFlora Rose
9 :15 – Mount wood duck house
9 :45 – Start moving mulch
10 :00 – If at brige by this point, start moving MultiFlora Rose into woods
• Otherwise, keep clearing
10 :10 – Move past bridge (If need be, rope off more area)
